The EdukalEdad PLUS+ Program conducted another hands-on food processing session featuring Chili Garlic Oil.

Our senior learners learned about proper food sanitation and the preparation of chili garlic oil, including bottling, labeling, basic costing, and determining a possible selling price.

The activity provided participants with a practical food-processing skill that can be replicated at home and potentially developed into a small income-generating activity.
