Norzagaray College proudly celebrates another remarkable milestone as the second and final batch of Project SERVE solo parent beneficiaries achieved a 100% passing rate in the TESDA Food and Beverage Services (FBS) National Certificate II Assessment. All 4 out of 4 participants successfully passed the competency assessment conducted at the TESDA Assessment Center in Baliwag, Bulacan.
With this achievement, all fourteen (14) solo parent beneficiaries of Project SERVE have successfully earned their TESDA competency certification, resulting in an outstanding 14 out of 14 (100%) passing rate for the entire program.
This accomplishment reflects the strong commitment and collaboration of the Municipality of Norzagaray, under the leadership of Hon. Maria Elena L. Germar, in partnership with the Municipal Social Welfare and Development Office (MSWDO) headed by Ms. Annalyn Joy C. San Pedro, and Norzagaray College under the leadership of Dr. Ma. Liberty DG. Pascual, College President. Together, they continue to empower solo parents through quality technical education, skills training, and sustainable livelihood opportunities.
