The EdukalEdad PLUS+: EdukalEdad Enhancement Program of Norzagaray College – Community Extension Services successfully conducted its livelihood session on Food Processing: Baking – Banana Bread.

Our senior learners participated in the preparation and baking of banana bread while learning about the basic ingredients, proper procedures, portioning, packaging, and simple product costing.

Through this hands-on activity, participants developed practical food preparation skills that they can apply at home and potentially turn into a simple livelihood opportunity.
