Our senior learners continued developing practical livelihood skills through Food Processing: Banana Chips Making.

During the session, participants learned the proper preparation and cooking of banana chips, including flavoring, portioning, packaging, and basic product costing. The hands-on activity allowed them to experience the complete process of transforming a familiar local ingredient into a value-added product.

The session showed how locally available resources can be developed into simple products for household consumption or potential livelihood.
