Norzagaray College, through the College of Hospitality Management, successfully conducted the second session of training under PROJECT SERVE (Solo-Parent Empowerment through Resilient Vocational Education).
This session focused on developing essential Food and Beverage Service (FBS) competencies related to guest interaction and service delivery. Participants were guided through the fundamental procedures of welcoming and seating guests, taking food and beverage orders, coordinating effectively with the kitchen, and demonstrating strong product knowledge and suggestive selling techniques.
Through interactive demonstrations and hands-on activities, participants enhanced their communication skills, confidence, and professionalism in handling real-life hospitality scenarios.
With continued training, Norzagaray College remains committed to equipping solo parents with practical skills that support employability, livelihood opportunities, and economic empowerment.
