Another traditional Filipino favorite became a livelihood learning opportunity as the EdukalEdad PLUS+ learners participated in Polvoron Making.

Our senior learners learned the proper preparation and molding of polvoron and practiced wrapping and packaging their finished products. Basic costing and possible selling opportunities were also discussed.

The session strengthened participants’ practical food-processing skills while showing how simple homemade products can be developed into affordable livelihood opportunities.
